Bio
Bob joined the BARx family along with his daughter Josie in 2018 to co-found and run the BARx Adaptive Program. A devoted father, husband, and all-around great guy, Bob brings a tremendous level of passion and dedication to the community. When he’s not coaching athletes or working at his full-time job, Bob likes to spend his spare time daydreaming about Crossfit programming or getting his 80s Hair Band back together someday. His claim to fame is that he once had a brush with Hollywood stardom as corpse #50471 in the blockbuster film “Gettysburg.”
